United Kingdom - the most favorable country for business

In Britain, the most favorable of all European countries the conditions for doing business. This conclusion follows from the annual report "Doing Business 2010", prepared by World Bank experts.

First place in this ranking took Singapore. The five leaders also included New Zealand, Hong Kong and the United States.

According to experts, these countries offer the most favorable conditions for the establishment of companies.

At the same time there have been significant changes in the strengthening of property rights, as well as the reformed system of state regulation of commercial disputes and simplified the procedure of bankruptcy.

As analysts say, in the period from June 2008 to May 2009 in 131 countries were only 287 of reforms in the enterprise. Most active reform in this area were conducted in Rwanda, Africa.
